This paper will split to two parts. Part one is 4-5 pages, and part two is 5-6 pages. Total will be 10 pages. Course paper in two parts to analyze an issue, challenge, or problem facing a public or nonprofit organization with which you are personally familiar with (it must be a public or nonprofit organization, with more than 5 people in the organization). To help you continuously work on the project throughout the class, your paper will be submitted in two parts- Part I of the paper, which will focus on describing the organization of your choice and the critical issue you identified for the organization; Part II of the paper, which will analyze the organizational issue and demonstrate your ability to apply theories to practice
