The research aims to explore young black females attitudes towards their beauty in the context of power reactions and Eurocentric ideologies . Therefore I would like a literature review which focuses upon previous literature around the topics of – Eurocentric ideals of beauty – Black women hair – Black women body shape – Race -Power relations -Gender – Feminists views Id like concepts and theories such as – Social identity Theroy – Double Consciousness Etc To be included .
