What cultural changes will have to be made to lay out the appropriate foundation to build your learning organization? What changes will be required in terms of traits, skills, behaviors, and leadership styles to successfully implement this new learning organization or strengthen your existing learning organization? Assess and discuss the pros and cons associated with creating a learning organization in your organization.
